GUARDIAN Web Manager Notifications

Users managing incoming Web-Based Work Requests can now be automatically notified by email when a new request arrives. The email this notification is sent to is linked to the Work Request Type, so they can be directed to the correct person.

There is now a “Quick Link” to create new Work Requests in the top right section of the screen. This link can be dragged onto your desktop to create a shortcut that will go directly to the New Work Request screen when you click on the link.
